Participating dealers are not obligated to sign any contracts. The Live Chat Challenge results are posted in real time on the Challenge Standings section of the website. The winner is the dealer who has the most chats after 30 days. This dealer will be awarded Pro Active Live Chat from Dealer eProcess for six months free of charge, along with the Live Chat Challenge trophy, 2nd through 5th place will receive an exclusive offer.
