Automotive Industry Leader Dealer eProcess Hires Former DealerPeak Vice President of Sales, Joel Matteson
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Sept. 23, 2015 – Dealer eProcess announced Joel Matteson as the firm’s new Director of National Sales today. Matteson will lead the U.S. Website Sales team and continue Dealer eProcess’ success in providing an integrated suite of products and services to car dealers.
“My goal is to leverage the experience and knowledge learned in both automotive sales and Dealer Software Management over the past fourteen years to help deliver products and services dealerships need to stay relevant in today’s competitive market,” said Matteson.
Matteson comes with a wealth of automotive industry experience, including roles such as BDC Director and Internet Director at Arizona dealerships. Since 2010, Joel has held different positions at DealerPeak, one of the top CRM solutions in the industry, including Director of Operations and Vice President of Sales. These roles have made him responsible for huge gains in CRM sales.

Matteson will continue Dealer eProcess’ commitment to a “Responsible” Responsive (RESS) website platform and will play a key role in driving national sales strategies to generate demand as well as achieve revenue objectives across all of Dealer eProcess’ product lines.

Matteson will oversee Dealer eProcess’ Phoenix offices and a variety of sales-related functions, including Website Sales Strategy and Search Engine Marketing. He will also manage Dealer eProcess’ key customer relationships.
