Customizable “Dealer Report” Provides Detailed Website Analytics

Dealer Report is a comprehensive breakdown of your website performance and analytics, and easily accessible through Dashboard. The Dealer Grade Breakdown evaluates areas of opportunity on your website. New inventory search results pages may be top-performing at 100%, but you might have missed opportunities on the Parts Department page. Dealer Report gives a great visual perspective to conversion opportunities.

The Dealer Report provides Google Analytics, including unique visitors (new and returning), bounce rate (visitors who immediately left your site), page views, and average time spent on the website. Google Analytics and Website Conversions are categorized by desktop, mobile, and tablet users, and the Top 10 Site Sources show you how customers access your website.

Vehicle Detail Page (VDP) statistics provide an accurate view of what your average customer is searching for. The Top Viewed Vehicles are determined by the number of VDP views divided by the number of days in stock. VDPs are categorized by New, Used, New Special, Used Special, Certified, and One Owner vehicles, so you can see where your customers’ focus is in their car search.

No matter how you want to review your website analytics data, the Dealer Report is printable and customizable – you can choose from 16 different time frames to compile a report or you can create a custom analytics report by entering a specific timeframe.
